I am fresh off a three year relationship that turned out to be not so lovely and not so romantic. Which is unfortunate on so many levels.
Finally being rid of that negative energy, I have come to the realization that I basically ate my feelings for the last three and a half years. As a result, it was an extra 10lbs a year added, regardless of what exercise I was doing. I’ve never been a thin girl to begin with…now it’s just wrong.
Now 33, that extra 30lbs is brutal to get off.
I am attempting to keep this forum as a commitment to myself in my goal to remove the extra “30lbs of baggage”/
